The cruise terminal in Oranjestad. The cruise ships hold more people than the city. Cruisers
travel in herds to a single bar/nightclub. Not that most of the tourists who fly in do any different.
My personal hell: spending the entire flight back listening to the people in front of me talk about
what they drank.

Sunset from the hotel beach.
Another sunset.
A coral "beach" on the west coast, north of the hotels
Close-up of some coral. It's a good idea to wear sandals!
Northwest corner of the island: a "wilderness" area with sand dunes.
Heading eastward, we see why the Dutch had to build a big desalination plant to support the hotels..
Waves on the northeast coast.
Another shot of waves breaking. You can see a slight light leak that got progressively worse,
ruining lots of my photos.
Aruba's #1 sightseeing attraction: a natural arch of coral.
There's a garden park with semi-domesticated parakeets.
The wind in Aruba is always from the East, so the trees grow bent.
I'm not the only one lounging by the pool.
Hey buddy, you've been in the sun too long... your skin's all scaly!
