Mt Cargidan, May 2011

Took a chance on an iffy forecast, got a soaking and no views. Still a lovely walk in the wet woods. Also visited the South Peak for the first time, but didn't take any photos above treeline since there was nothing to see but grey fog.

	My first painted trillium (Trillium undulatum) of the season.
	The hobblebush (Viburnum lantanoides) was starting to bloom too.
	Trout lily (Erythronium americanum) won't open in the rain.
