The Twins, September 2014

I'd hoped to do a loop over the Twins, Zealand, and Hale, but started too late and decided to make it a simple out-and-back. I'd picked the date in advance; at that time the forecast was excellent, but when the day came it was a little too cloudy for the best photos, and the next day was crystal-clear.

I was also hoping to photograph some fall foliage, but I picked a high, north-facing slope so my route was mostly through firs and spruce.
